We want each child to feel safe, secure, and cared for during these formative years. To help them grow, we plan activities that build social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills. Children choose freely in play, head outside, and join teacher-planned learning through exploration. We care for children from 6 weeks through 12 years of age.
Walk into a room and you might see a toddler stacking blocks, a preschooler painting at the easel, or a pre-k child sounding out a word. Teachers plan a mix of free choice play, outdoor time, and structured lessons. The playground gives children space to run, climb, and test their bodies. Each day has a rhythm that children can count on, with meals, rest, and active play.
Children move between free choice play, outdoor play, and teacher planned activities. Rooms are set up so a child can find the blocks, the books, or the art table without asking. Each day holds a mix of busy and quiet stretches. That balance is how the center supports social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth during the formative years.
What a day looks like
Doors open at 6:30am, and children drift in with parents who are heading to work. A teacher greets each child by name, helps them hang up their bag, and settles them at an activity. For the youngest, that might mean a quiet rock or a bottle before the day gets busy. The room slowly fills as more families arrive.
Mornings often include circle time, art, or table activities with a teacher nearby. Children move between free choice play, small groups, and outdoor time on the playground. Meals and snacks are served family style, with teachers sitting and talking with children. After lunch, younger children nap or rest on cots while older ones have quiet time or a story.
The afternoon slows down with free play, puzzles, or outdoor time until parents arrive. At pickup, a teacher might tell you your child tried a new food or made a friend laugh. The school closes promptly at 5:30pm, so families start gathering in the last half hour. You leave knowing how the day went.
How we work with families
Teachers share the small things — what your child ate, who they played with, a new word or skill. You can ask questions at pickup or call the office during the day. One parent wrote, "Our daughter absolutely loves attending school here every single day. " That trust is built through daily conversation.
Starting a new room takes time, and children are given it. Teachers stay close, help with the routine, and let a child watch before joining in. Families can tell staff what soothes their child, when they nap, and how they like to be held. Every teacher knows every child here, and that shows in the first weeks.

Call the center or send an email to tell us your child's age and the days you need. We will let you know what is available for your family.

Tour the room
We will show you the classroom your child would join. You can meet the teachers who spend the day there and ask them anything.

Enroll and settle in
We will help you complete the enrollment forms. Together, we can set up a first week that fits your child's nap and meal routines.

Can we visit before deciding?
A tour is the best way to see the rooms, meet the teachers, and ask about hours, tuition and the Keystone Stars rating. Children come along on tours and can try the activities while you talk.
What should my child bring on the first day?
Pack a complete change of clothes, including socks, in a labelled bag. A small comfort item from home, like a stuffed animal or blanket, helps at naptime. Label everything with your child's name.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Schedules depend on your child's age and what openings we have at the time. Please call the center to ask what is currently available for your family.
What if there is no place right now?
If we do not have a place right now, you can ask to be notified when one opens for your child's age. We will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
