Tuition Rates

Full-day, half-day, before and after-care, and summer camp tuition rates are available to view. Ask the director for the current rate sheet for your child's program. Rates are set per program, so the number depends on which schedule your family needs.

Acceptable Payments

Forms of payment currently accepted are cash, check, and ACH draft. Receipts are processed by request only, so ask at the front desk if you need one for your records. If you plan to pay by ACH draft, the director can help you set it up.

04

Late Pick-Up Fee

Our school closes promptly at 5:30pm. If you arrive after 5:30pm to pick up your child, you will be given a warning the first time.

05

Escrow

Upon enrollment, an escrow payment equal to one week's payment will be collected. This will be applied to your last week of service, given that you give the school the proper two weeks' written notice. Ask the director to walk you through how the escrow is applied at the end of your enrollment.

01

Tuition Policy

Tuition is due every Friday for the next week's childcare service. Monday is a grace day.

What this looks like in practice

In a licensed center, tuition runs on a schedule, not a surprise. You pay ahead for the coming week, and the office tracks it. When a payment is late, the front desk follows up rather than the teacher mentioning it at pick-up. Ask the director which payment method fits your family best.

Children notice routine more than paperwork. When drop-off and pick-up happen at the same time each day, a child settles faster and knows what comes next. Paying on time keeps supplies stocked and staff focused on the room. If a payment is going to be late, a quick call to the office helps everyone plan.
